Returns Policy:

We ensure and guarantee that all our cards are in MINT TO NEAR-MINT CONDITION UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE. We take pride in maintaining our high standards. Our condition is as described on Wikipedia.org regarding trading card condition. Should you find that your card is less than near-mint condition, please log into your Anime Forever account and >Contact Us. Then, return the damaged card to us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. We will attempt to replace the damaged card in question. If we do not have a replacement card, your money will be refunded through the same payment method used during checkout.

For All Orders:

Upon receiving cleared payment, we will attempt to ship your order within two (2) business days, as defined by Wikipedia.org. All orders ship through United States Postal Service (USPS). We reserve the right to ship using other shipping services, such as United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx, at any time. If we do, we will inform you if we make this adjustment. There are no additional shipping charges if we alter your shipping method, unless you specifically requested us to alter your order.

Shipping modifications made after submitting an order may be subject to an additional handling fee on a per order basis. Special requests for your order may delay your order shipment. Multiple orders to the same shipping address may delay the shipment of those orders. We reserve the right to combine multiple orders shipped to the same address.

All non-holographic cards will be sent in either a soft penny sleeve with up to 10 non-holographic cards per sleeve, or bundled together in a soft card bag with up to 75 non-holographic cards per soft card bag. All holographic cards will be individually sleeved in a soft penny sleeve and may or may not come with a toploader at our discretion. Holographic cards may be bundled together in a soft card bag with up to 50 holographic cards per soft card bag. All Lv. X, prime, LEGEND, Pokemon-EX, BREAK, and Secret Rare/Holo cards will be sent in a sealed toploader for extra protection. It is our belief based on personal experiences that a sealed toploader insures more safety than an unsealed toploader. No more than two (2) sleeved rare cards will be in each sealed toploader.

A $0.25 handling surcharge will apply if your shopping cart subtotal is less than $1.00.

For All Pre-Orders:

A cleared payment must be recieved before your order ships.
Cleared payment is expected at least one week before release-day, unless a "Pickup" shipping is selected.

Any in-stock items purchased and paid with a pre-order item will ship altogether upon the pre-order item's release date.
If an order contains multiple pre-order items with different release dates, the order ships when ALL items become in-stock.

Shipping Options For All Local Orders:

In-Store Pickup>Contact Us Email required to schedule pickup. You have seven (7) days to schedule a pickup and seven (7) additional days to physically pickup your order. Orders without a scheduled pickup will be canceled and refunded on or after eight (8) days.

On ocassion, a Special Event Pickup will be listed as an option. If so, please provide additional contact information, such as a cell phone number, with your order so we may inform you of our location. Or, we recommed you follow us on Twitter. It is the buyer's responsibility to pickup their order at our location for the event.

Proper identification may be required upon pickup.
Virginia Event PickupPayPal is the preferred payment method for this pickup option. >Contact Us Email required to schedule pickup.

Orders must be placed by 12:00pm for same-day pickup. You have seven (7) days to schedule a pickup. Pickup can only be made for League days at Patrick Henry Library on Fridays or Fairfax Hobby Works on Sundays.

If you fail to appear during your scheduled day, you have an additional seven (7) days to reschedule a pickup. Orders after two failed pickups will be canceled and refunded. If we fail to appear during your scheduled day, we will ship your item free of charge. Proper identification may be required upon pickup.

Shipping Options Outside The United States:

All non-"Letter" orders will be declared as Merchandise at full value, unless otherwise requested within your order. Priority Mail Express International™ International insurance, and Priority Mail International® partial indemnity, for lost or damaged packages is based on declared value on Merchandise parcels only.

For ANY Priority Mail Express International™ International and Priority Mail International®: Damaged or tampered parcels require the entire packaging as evidence to file a claim. WE HIGHLY ADVISE TO NOT OPEN DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PARCELS. PLEASE REFUSE THEM AND RETURN TO SENDER. If a dispute or claim is filed, the monetary amount claimed is limited to the per item unit on declared value. Claims initiated via PayPal will have all documentation, emails, personal requests, and your local Customs department involved. Additional orders and other account services will not be fulfilled if open disputes or claims exist.

In-Stock Orders

For all in-stock orders placed, you may request a 100% no-hassle refund if your item has not shipped. Please log into your Anime Forever account and >Contact Us with your order number, to inform us of your cancellation. Your payment will be refunded within two (2) business days through the same payment method used during checkout.

Pre-Orders

For all pre-orders, you may request a 100% no-hassle refund at anytime prior to two (2) days of its in-stock date. For example, an item with an in-stock date of the 15th must be canceled by the 13th. Please log into your Anime Forever account and >Contact Us with your order number, to inform us of your cancellation. Your payment will be refunded within two (2) business days through the same payment method used during checkout.
